Over the past century we have seen English dominate the world as the language of international business, trade, education, science and many other fields. Now more than ever, people around the world are recognising the advantages of not only speaking English but being able to use it in all sorts of situations.
I have had the pleasure of helping people from many different countries build their confidence in the language. For each client I build up a personalised program to address their concerns with English and the kind of things they want to achieve, for example to get high marks on the next IELTS exam or improve their conversation skills for an upcoming job interview.
As a bilingual person myself, I feel I have a real insight into the kinds of challenges non-native speakers face and am able to help my students identify problems and show them how they can avoid making them in the future.
